My dear husband. We love eachother dearly. Which is the only reason why he puts up with my crafting and sewing messes, in return I put up with his old computer geekery. This weekend is the annual Portland Retro Gaming Expo, and of course my husband has a booth there.
If you’re in to old computers, retro games, and want to hit the HUGE free play area filled with console systems, pin ball, and classic stand up arcade machines, this is the place for you! I’m not a gamer, so I go just to support my husband and make sure he takes a few breaks to eat something.
I just like to go around and harass people with the camera.
They usually just have the expo at a hotel in a conference room, but this year it has grown enough that they were able to go to the CONVENTION CENTER!!!! Very exciting for them. It is going to be about 4x the size that it was last year, it will really be quite incredible. Follow the link above and check them out if this is your fancy. It sure is interesting to say the least…
These photos are from last year’s expo, so I’m sure I’ll have lots more to share in a week or so. Once we both recover from the insanity. But then again, the other wives and I might just go shopping instead! That’ll show them!
